We found an aged tile roof with local leaks in the existing building. Critical detail points at the chimney, ridge and eaves. Limited build-up height required precisely fitted connection solutions.
We dismantled the existing roofing in sections and protected the roof area temporarily. We inspected the timber substructure and replaced damaged material. We aligned the new battens and re-laid the tile roof. We executed connections and terminations neatly with sheet-metal/d sealing tapes and screwed fixings.
We restored a roof surface that is watertight and reliable. Clean, maintenance-friendly detailing at the chimney, ridge and eaves. Improved protection against moisture and consequential damage within the roof build-up.
We recommend a sectional renovation for occupied single-family homes when weather protection and watertight detailing are the top priorities.
