It depends on the municipality and the project. We point this out early and help clarify.
Which regions do you serve?
We work in Eastern Switzerland. We build timber patio roofs, timber and WPC decks, and timber carports throughout the canton of St. Gallen and in Liechtenstein. For other work, we confirm the location with you.
What guideline prices should I expect?
For terrace decking, we provide a project-specific complete price because the board, substructure, fixings, accessories, delivery and existing conditions must be calculated together. Guideline ranges for other services: Carport 300-550 CHF/m², Terrace roof 250-400 CHF/m², Timber garage 250-400 CHF/m². Price depends on measurements, materials and scope; final after quote.
