In the existing building, we needed to create new separated areas. The existing ceiling and floor finish defined the connection lines. Limited space in the corridor required a slim wall construction.
We aligned and dowelled the floor and ceiling tracks. We installed the stud profiles on a grid and reinforced them at connections. We inserted mineral wool insulation and then boarded the wall. We taped and filled joints, screw heads, and connections.
We delivered a straight, stable partition wall with clean connections. The surfaces are smooth and prepared for the next fit-out steps. Rooms are functionally separated, and the insulation improves sound insulation.
Drywall is ideal for refurbishments when fast installation and minimal build-up height are required.
