Project details
Along the roadway, there was no continuous boundary with privacy screening. The construction area was a narrow strip between the curb and the garden. We had to keep the fence line straight and align it neatly to the road edge.
We set out the post positions and aligned the line along the road edge. We installed the timber posts and fixed them in spot foundations. We mounted the privacy panels with horizontal wooden planks between the posts. We aligned and screwed the planks with an even joint pattern. The surface was painted by the client themselves in three coats.
Continuous privacy screening along the road with a clearly aligned fence line. Stable panel layout between the posts; individual panels can be replaced. Reduced views into the garden strip and a clearly defined property boundary.
Posts with plank panels are well suited for long fence lines directly next to curbs where installation space is limited.
