Project details
At an existing covered carport in Schaan, one building side had to be dismantled. The structure was timber-based and built as a flat-roof assembly. A controlled process was required to avoid unnecessary damage to the remaining structure.
We executed the dismantling section by section and in reverse installation order. BSH/KVH elements and 3-layer panels were released in a targeted way, sorted separately, and removed. The work area remained secured and continuously cleaned during demolition. This kept the follow-up work on schedule.
The affected side of the covered carport was cleanly partially dismantled. The remaining structure stayed organized and usable. We handed over the area swept clean and ready for the next execution step.
We also take projects where existing covered carports need repair, adaptation, or partial dismantling.
