Project details
In the outdoor area of an existing building, a new terrace floor was required. The connection levels at the façade edge and large-scale glazing were fixed. The build-up height was limited and had to remain at the existing level. Rainwater needed to be able to drain safely beneath the decking.
We installed the substructure, aligned it, and set it to the connection levels. We compensated height differences using adjustable support points. We cut the WPC boards to size and installed them with concealed clip fasteners without visible screws. We executed edge finishes and transitions to the glass front and to the planting area with a precise fit.
A level terrace floor as a durable usable surface for outdoor furniture. A calm, even joint pattern thanks to the clip system. Clean connections to the façade and glazing without steps. A ventilated build-up supports drying and water drainage.
An adjustable substructure allows height compensation in an existing setting without changing the connection details at the glazing and façade.
